S.O.603 (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2A) read with sub-section (2B) of section 29B of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government after having satisfied, after considering the recommendations made to it be the Advisory Committee, hereby direct that following Industrial Development) No. S.O. 477(E) dated 25^th July, 1991 and published in the Gazette of India, part II, section 3, sub-section (ii) on 25^th July, 1991, namely: -

In the said notification: -

1. In Schedule-III

1. The serial numbers 85, 86, 87, 90, 91, 101, 107A, 140T, 141, 384, 385, and 802 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted,;

2. In serial number 142, the entries relating to product code 30390201 shall be omitted;

3. In serial number 145 the entries relating to product code 303904047 shall be omitted."

2. This notification shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
