Subject:-  Quotation for hiring Taxi on daily basis.

The Office of the Development Commissioner (MSME) under the Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises intends to hire DLY Taxies (Ambassador/Indica/AC/Non-AC) on daily basis to meet its day-to-day requirements, on the following terms and conditions:

  1. Vehicle (s) must be in good condition in all respects
  2. The Driver must be well behaved and should be well conversant with the routes of Delhi in general and of central Delhi in particular. He shall have to get the duty slips filled from the user officers. Blank duty slips shall be provided by this Office.
  3. Vehicle (s) should fulfill the terms and conditions prescribed by Delhi Transport Authority.

 

The vehicles are to be engaged on per Km/full day basis depending upon the requirements.

Interested parties may send their quotations in the prescribed proforma (enclosed) with complete details of vehicles available and other facilities extended by them.  The duty point would be Nirman Bhawan or any other place intimated from time to time and the mileage and time would be calculated accordingly.

In case the firm is already providing the vehicles on hire basis to other Ministries/Departments of the Central Government, details thereof may also be furnished along with the quotations.  The rates quoted should be valid for a period of one year initially which can be extended on mutual agreement.

Sealed quotations, duly marked as “Quotations for TAXI” and addressed to the undersigned may be dropped in the box provided exclusively for quotation for taxi kept at Information Facility Centre, Ground Floor near Gate No.4, Nirman Bhawan, Maulana Azad, New Delhi not later than 3.00 p.m. on 14.6.2007.  Quotations received after stipulated date and time shall not be entertained.  The quotations will be opened on the same day i.e. 14.6.2007 at 3.30 p.m. in Room No.719-A Wing, Nirman Bhawan, New Delhi in the presence of tenderers or their representatives, who may like to be present.

The Development Commissioner (MSME) reserves the right to accept or reject all or any tender without assigning nay reason thereof.  Quotations notice is also available on our website at www.dcmsme.gov.in or laghu-udyog.com.
